At VENDERBY'S, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items don't fit perfectly, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return them for a refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
